Accessing the Tool

1. Log into the NINJIO Platform.
2. Navigate to Template Management in the left sidebar menu.
3. Select Training Templates.
4. Click the Create with AI button in the top right.

Step 1: Prompt Generation (Create Phase)

You can generate a training prompt using three distinct methods:

1. Advanced Scenario Builder:

• Select a target Emotion (e.g., Fear, Curiosity, Greed).
• Choose an Industry (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Education).
• Select a Topic / Threat (e.g., Phishing, Ransomware, Business Email Compromise).
• (Optional) Choose a Notable Incident from the dropdown list.
• Click Compose to auto-generate a comprehensive prompt.

2. Notable Attacks (Recent Web Search):

• Enter keywords into the search field (e.g., "Healthcare ransomware attack recently").
• Click Find recent attack to trigger an live web search for recent security breaches or threat events.
• Review the summary result and click Use this attack to automatically populate your prompt with real-world incident details and news sources.

3. Upload Policy Document:

• Click the document attachment icon next to the prompt text box.
• Upload an internal document or policy file (e.g., Information Security Policy PDF/Doc).
• The tool extracts the text and uses your internal policies as the baseline for the training content.

4. Custom Prompt / Scratch:

• Directly type or paste custom prompt requirements into the text area.

Step 2: Content Refinement & Editing (Edit Phase)

Module Length & Frame Generation

• Select desired module length:

• Short: 4–7 frames
• Medium: 8–12 frames
• Long: 13–19 frames

• Characters & Narrators: Choose from a list of animated avatars. Preview audio samples by clicking the speaker icon to evaluate voice pitch and accent (e.g., US vs. UK accents).
• Backgrounds: Select appropriate background environments (e.g., Modern Desk Space, Round Table Office, Industrial Control Console).
• Entrances & Animations: Set how characters appear on slide frames (e.g., None, Fade, Slide Left, Slide Right, Slide Up, Slide Down, Bounce).
• Text Formatting & Templates: Change frame layouts (e.g., Red Flag List, Do or Don't, Legacy Typed Frame, Checklist Scorecard, Process Flow, Quote Callout). Use the Rewrite button to instantly rephrase or summarize frame copy.

Audio & Narration Options

• Default AI Narration: Auto-generates text-to-speech audio based on the frame narration script.
• Custom Voice Recording:

1. Click Record directly below the narration script.
2. Speak your custom script.
3. Use the Trim Audio tool to clip unwanted silence or pauses from the start/end of the recording.
4. Click Attach Trimmed Clip.

• Audio Upload: Upload pre-recorded external .mp3 or .wav voiceover files.

3. Preview & Test: Walk through the complete interactive training module as a learner would, testing audio, slide transitions, and quiz interactions.

4. Save to Library: Enter a Training Title and Course Description, then click Save.
5. The finished training will now reside in your organization's private Training Content Library under Drafts or ready status, where it can be assigned to dynamic or static user groups.

A: You can preview and adjust certain metadata or return to the edit stage prior to publishing. However, major audio re-generations or complete structural rewrites may require re-processing through the editor workflow.

A: Standard text and document formats, such as PDF, TXT, and Word documents (.docx), can be uploaded to extract policy guidelines into the prompt generator.
