Important Usage Notes & Expectations

• Administrative Tool: Content Curator is designed specifically for training admins and coordinators. It is not an end-user learning platform for employees; assets are retrieved here and uploaded into your organization's LMS.

• Automated LMS Workflows: Version 1.1 requires admins to manually download assets and upload them into their LMS. Direct API or automated push integrations are planned for future updates. (Clients relying on automated folder pipelines will temporarily retain access to OneHub).

• Safe AI Searching: The SENSEI AI search tool operates purely on NINJIO’s global media catalog—it does not access, store, or index any proprietary company or employee data.

Why does a user see a blank workspace after logging in?

This usually means account permissions or features need to be turned on. Contact your NINJIO representative or Support to ensure your profile has the Content Curator feature flag enabled.

Will OneHub be shut down immediately?

No. OneHub remains accessible for organizations that rely on legacy automated file pipelines while native API integrations are being finalized for the Content Curator platform.
