Introducing User Portal Authentication to your Employees

We are excited to share an update to how you reach your NINJIO Security Awareness Training. We are moving to a more verified and user-friendly entry method called User Portal Access Authentication.

What is this new feature?

The User Portal now features a verified "Magic Link" identity layer. This ensures that our training content remains protected and is only reached by verified members of our team. Instead of remembering another password, you will use a unique, one-time link sent directly to your work inbox.

What’s New?

• Passwordless Entry: The User Portal allows learners to access their training via passwordless authentication.

• Bookmarkable Starting Point: We now have a consistent, easy-to-save landing page.

• Reliable Protection: The email authentication links are for one-time use and expire after one hour to keep your account private.

How to Use It

Reaching your training is now a quick, three-step process:

Step 1: Request Your Magic Link

• Navigate to the Bookmarkable Page: Visit https://landing.goninjio.com/portal/login.

• Enter Your Email: Type your work email address into the Email Address field.

• Send Link: Click the Send Magic Link button. You’ll see a confirmation message that the link has been sent.

Step 2: Verify via Email

• Check Your Inbox: Look for an email with the subject: "Your Magic Link to Reach Training Portal".

• Launch the Link: Open the email and click the Sign In button.

• Note: This link is for one-time use and will expire in 1 hour.

Step 3: Access Your Training

• Final Confirmation: A new tab will open. Click Continue to validate your link and enter the portal.

• Start Training: You will be taken directly to your User Portal, where you can view your assigned videos and progress.

Key Reminders & Policies

• Use the Bookmark: Save the entry page to your browser for quick access whenever you need to check your training progress.

• Link Expiration: Magic links in your inbox expire after 1 hour. Training email links remain valid for 7 days before requiring a new verification.

• Active Sessions: Your session typically remains active for 30 days unless you clear your browser cache.

• Manual Exit: You can manually exit by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting "Sign out".
