Q: How often do my enrolled friends and family members receive NINJIO episodes?
A: NINJIO releases the latest episode to your enrolled friends and family members on the Thursday
following the first Tuesday of the month.
Q: Once I sign up friends and family members to receive episodes, can they opt out on a case-by-case basis?
A: At this time, individual opt-outs for specific episodes aren't supported. Once someone is registered, they'll automatically receive each episode. However, you can unsubscribe a recipient from the Friends and Family program at any point if they no longer wish to receive future content.
Q: How old are the episodes that my friends and family are signed up to receive?
A: Your friends and family are receiving the latest and greatest episodes. NINJIO believes that our
content must stay relevant and it’s important to have corporate users and family members connect on
the latest content.
Q: Can I get reporting on who is watching the episodes?
A: Unfortunately, not. The corporate user of NINJIO who has signed-up friends and family use rights
members can report on who is signed up, but NINJIO does not track who is watching the videos in this
program.
Q: How do I register and manage my users?
A: Simply go to https://family.ninjio.com and input your email address and unique company code. Please reach out to support@ninjio.com for your unique company code.
